We use US Priority Mail for domestic and US Priority Mail International for all other countries. We ship out the next business day and you'll get your order within 3 days if you are in the United States.

Please allow 6- 10 days for International orders. All our packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation to help ensure that your package is not lost.  If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will usally leave it at your local post office after leaving a note on your door.

All retail items purchased from Stay Up can be returned for the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 3 days of receipt, and for exchange within 5 days of receipt.

Items must be in their original condition and can not be washed or worn. After we receive the item back, a refund is provided to the purchaser. Shipping charges are not refunded.
